Shipping policy

Delivery

All shipments will be shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping available upon request. Excess shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.  A4 is not responsible to delays caused by carriers. 

 

Shortages / Shipping Errors

Shortages or shipping errors must be reported within five days of receipt of shipment. Please email us with your order details at info@a4.com or call us at 888-464-3824.
